Mark  Tatge is a digital media consultant who teaches multimedia storytelling, business writing and media studies at DePauw University where he holds the Eugene S. Pulliam Distinguished Chair in Journalism. Mark Tatge is responsible for developing a cross-platform multimedia strategy at DePauw. Mark Tatge joined DePauw in 2011 after spending four years at Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism where he created the schools's business and economics writing program. Prior to OU and joining DePauw, Mark Tatge was senior editor in charge of print, video and Web operations for Forbes Magazine and Forbes.com in Chicago. Mark Tatge has worked at The Wall Street Journal, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Dallas Morning News and Denver Post. Tatge is author of  “The New York Times Reader: Business and Economics,” published by CQ Press (2011). While at DePauw, Mark Tatge is currently developing online business courses for the Poynter Institute’s News University and he has appeared as an economic and market commentator on ABC, CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, FOX and PBS stations.
